How to submit — paste, don't upload

Step 1 — Copy from Word: open your manuscript in Word → press Ctrl+A (select all) → Ctrl+C (copy).

Step 2 — Paste here: click inside the box below → Ctrl+V. Your text, headings, tables and formatting appear as they were.

📷 Step 3 — Pictures (one extra step): pictures may show as [image removed] markers after bulk paste. For each: go back to Word → click that one picture → Ctrl+C → click the marker's spot in the box here → Ctrl+V. Each picture must be under 500 KB.

📊 Step 4 — Excel graphs: never copy from Excel directly. First paste the graph into Word (it becomes a picture), then copy it from Word into the box here.

Step 5 — repeat for Title Page, Cover Letter, Ethics sections → fill the details → Submit.
